Carole E. Lewis, 70, of St.Louis, MO died Thursday December 15, 2011 at Westchester House Nursing Home in St. Louis, MO. It was Carole’s wishes to be cremated. There will be no services at this time. Burial of cremated remains will held at Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills, IL at a later date. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is in charge of arrangements. She was born on February 11, 1941 in St. Louis, MO to the late Leland and Helen (Martin) Lewis, who lived in Stonefort, IL for many years. She was a retired dental assistant. She is survived by her Sister: Patricia Rowberry of Florissant, MO; Brother: Leland Lewis Jr. of West County, MO; 2 Grandchildren: Heather and Ashley Webb.
