Doreen A. Horn, 74, of Vienna, IL died Sunday February 12, 2012 at 3:15 pm at Hillview Nursing Home in Vienna, IL. Funeral services will be held Wednesday February 15, 2012 at 1 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11 am until service time. Burial will be in New Burnside Cemetery. She was born on August 9, 1937 in O’Claire, WI to the late Elbert and Selma Ann (Wick) Sloat. She married Kenneth Horn Sr. in 1956 and he preceded in death in July of 1987. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse. She is survived by a son and daughter in law: Chris & Marilyn Conley-Horn of Creal Springs, Il; daughter and son in law: Debbie & Greg Dunning of New Burnside, IL; sister: Arly Rishel of Kaneville, IL; 8 Grandchildren: Jeremy Horn, Jason Horn, Richard Horn, Darla Culver, Josh Horn, Michael Dunning, Kendy Polley, and Billy Horn and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son: Kenneth Horn Jr., Grandchild: Aubrey Basham; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
