Christopher James Ferrell, 21, of Gainesville, TX formerly of Harrisburg, IL died Saturday August 11, 2012 at North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville, TX. Funeral services will be held Wednesday August 15, 2012 at 1 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Wednesday after 11 am until service time. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery near Carrier Mills, IL. He was born on May 4, 1991 in Evansville, IN to Gary and Donna (Macri) Ferrell. He was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to fish, hunt and camp. He loved to hang out with his friends and family that he loved so much. He was always there to help others. He is survived by his parents Gary & Donna Ferrell of Gainesville, TX; 2 brothers: Bryan Ferrell and Adam Ferrell both of Gainesville. TX; sister: Michelle Gulley of Carrier Mills, IL; fiancée: Hanna Isom of Harrisburg, IL; Paternal Grandparents: Gene & Ruth Ferrell of Harrisburg, IL; Maternal Grandfather: Antonio Macri of Gainesville, TX and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandmother: Sue Macri.
