Nola J. Evans, 76, of Cape Girardeau, MO formerly of Carrier Mills, IL died Wednesday August 15, 2012 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. IL. Graveside services will be held on Sunday August 19, 2012, at 1 pm at Lakeview Cemetery. Reverend Ownly Williams will officiate. There will be no visitation all friends should go directly to the cemetery. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is in charge of arrangements. She was born on November 15, 1935 in Carrier Mills, IL to the late Gene and Sylvia (Cole) Cofield. She was a retired certified nursing assistant and an attended Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Carrier Mills, IL. She is survived by 2 Daughters: Lynn Ware of Cape Girardeau, MO and Sonya Rouse of Carrier Mills, IL; 3 Sons: Rick (Michelle) Evans of Scott City, MO; Dane (Monique) Evans of Jackson, MO; and Steve Evans of Marion, IL; Brother: Harley (Lucy) Cofield of Carrier Mills, IL and Sister In Law: Blanche Cofield of Harrisburg, IL; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Rayfield Cofield.
