THERE WILL BE NO SERVICES. FELTY FUNERAL HOME IN CARRIER MILLS, IL IS IN CHARGE OF ARRANGEMENTS. HE IS SURVIVED BY 2 DAUGHTERS, A SON, A BROTHER AND 10 GRANDCHILDREN.
