Frankie O'Keefe

Frankie O'Keefe, 78, of Stonefort, IL died Friday November 8, 2013 at 3:15 am at the home of his daughter in Martinsville, IN. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday November 12, 2013 at 2 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Tuesday after 11 am until the service time. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills, IL will Military Rites by the Carrier Mills and Harrisburg American Legions and the Army National Guard Ritual Team. He was born on January 1, 1935 in Stonefort, IL to the late Arthur and Mollie (Davenport) O'Keefe. He married Patricia Kaberline on February 2, 1961 and she preceded in death on September 26, 2001. Frank was a farmer his whole life owning a farm in Spencer, IN before moving back to his home farm in Stonefort, IL. He was a Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He is survived by 3 Daughters: Lisa Baker of Bloomfield, IN; Linda Yvonne Marquez of Martinsville, IN; and Marilyn Monique Sims of Las Vegas, NV; Son: Brian O'Keefe of Seymour, IN; 4 Grandchildren: Amber Means, Kristie Means, Katie Sims, and Rachel Wright-Marquez; 4 Brothers: Truman O'Keefe of Ashford, AL; Charles O'Keefe of Mountain Home, AR; Norman O'Keefe of Elwood, IN and Mike O'Keefe of Stonefort, IL; 2 Sisters: Helen Kerr and Mary Green both of Bensonville, IL. He was preceded in death by his Wife: Patricia O'Keefe and Brother: Freeman O'Keefe.
