William Leon Riggs, 50, of 426 Harrison Street, Carrier Mills, IL died Thursday December 12, 2013 at 6:00 pm at Harrisburg Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held Sunday December 15, 2013 at 1 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be after 11 am until service time. Burial will be at Blackman Cemetery near Herod, IL, the Reverend Ownly Williams will officiate. He was born on December 3, 1963 in Rosiclare, IL to the late Joseph Riggs and the former Rebecca (Millikan) Riggs who survives. He had worked for a moving company for many years in the Chicago area. He is survived by 2 Sons: William Leon Riggs Jr. and Leo Don Riggs both of Harrisburg, IL; Mother: Rebecca Riggs of Carrier Mills, IL; 2 Brothers: Joseph Riggs Jr. and Willis Riggs both of Carrier Mills, IL; and a Sister: Wilma Brown of Equality, IL.
