Wilma Jean Gibbs-Mills, 33, of 312 East McIlrath Street, Harrisburg, IL died Friday January 17, 2014 at 8:35 am at her residence of a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 21, 2014 at 1 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 11 am until service time. Burial will be at Springvalley Cemetery near Mitchellsville, IL. Reverend Harold Miller will officiate. Memorials may be made to the family. She was born on November 5, 1980 in Harrisburg, IL to Gary Gibbs and Darla (Stone) Gibbs. She attended Grace Baptist Church and Dorrisville Baptist Church. She is survived by her father: Gary Gibbs of Harrisburg. IL; Mother: Darla Gibbs and life partner: Charles D. Briley of Thompsonville, IL; 3 children: Michael Mills, Sarah Mills and Rick Mills III all of Harrisburg, IL; Fiancee: Rick Mills Jr. of Harrisburg, IL; Brother: Gary L. Gibbs of Harrisburg, IL and Grandparents: Doris & Calvin Stone of Harrisburg, IL. She was preceded in death by grandparents: Monroe & Wilma Gibbs.
