Anne Howard, 50, of 205 Wiley Street, Carrier Mills, IL died Tuesday March 25, 2014 at 4:47 pm at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion, IL. Memorial services will be held Monday March 31, 2014 at 6 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Monday after 5 pm. Reverend Ryan Beck will officiate. Memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses, envelopes will be available at funeral home.   She was born on January 10, 1964 in Norquay, Saskatchewan, Canada.   She married Steve Howard on January 29, 2010 and he survives.   She owned and operated a dance studio and gym in Canada before moving to this area.   She is survived by her husband: Steve Howard of Carrier Mills, IL; Mother: Siggie Johnson of Canada and 2 very special friends: Tammi Victoria and Lavon Fox both of Harrisburg, IL.
