Nina Lea Young, 80, of 4760 US Highway 45 South, Harrisburg, IL died Monday June 16, 2014 at her residence. Funeral Services will be held Thursday June 19, 2014 at 11 am at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Thursday after 9 am until service time. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery and Reverend Harl Cockrum will officiate. She was born on April 16, 1934 in Carrier Mills, IL to the late Edward and Lois (Purdom) Flannell. She was a retired health care worker and was a member of the Carrier Mills First Baptist Church. She is survived by a Son: Kenneth (Cheri Sampson) Young of Harrisburg, IL; Granddaughter: Misty Young of Marion, IL; 2 Brothers: Hubert Flannell of Sullivan, IL and Fred Flannell of San Luis Obispo, CA; Niece: Janet Hickey and Nephew: Ed Flannell. She was preceded in death by Daughter: Sheila K. Young; 4 Sisters: Beulah Fay Flannell, Romaine Dewar, Alice Laverne Zito nad Janette Holland; 3 Brothers: Claude Edward Flannell, Kenneth Wayne Flannell and Cecil Flannell and a Daughter In Law: Janet Young.
