Lisa C. Henson, 59, of 330 Dunn Road, Stonefort, IL died Saturday September 6, 2014 at her residence. Graveside services will be held Tuesday September 9, 2014 at 10:30 am at Reids Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 4 to 7 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Reverend Jeff Owens will officiate. Memorials may be made to Carrier Mills High School, envelopes will be available at the funeral home. She was born on August 19, 1955 in Harrisburg, IL to the late Claude and Emma M. (Lewis) Dunn. She married Bill Henson on November 11, 1996 and he preceded in death on March 21, 2006. Lisa was a simple person who enjoyed the outdoors and loved spending time with her friends. She is survived by a Son: Chad Samples of Gales Ferry, Connecticut; Daughter: Emma Mae Lewis of Stonefort, IL; Companion: Brent Crowder of Carrier Mills, IL; 2 Grandchildren: Lexi Samples and Logan Samples both of Gales Ferry, Connecticut; 3 Brothers: Robert “Bob” Dunn of Harrisburg, IL; John Dunn of Marion, KY; Joe Dunn of Stonefort, IL; and a Sister: Linda Stewart of Marion, IL; Several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband and a Brother: Dewey Dunn.
