Margaret “Maggie” J. Ellis, 68 of Jackson, MO formerly Harrisburg, IL died Sunday November 2, 2014 at 1:50 am at her residence. Memorial services will be held Saturday November 8, 2014 at 1 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Saturday after 12 noon. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery and Reverend Tom Dutton will officiate. She was born on January 23, 1946 in Harrisburg, IL to the late Haskell and Christina (Thompson) Ruble. She married John R. Ellis on February 20, 1965 and he preceded in death on July 10, 1992. She is survived by a Daughter: Tracy (Ken) Kietzer of Jackson, MO; Son: Scott (Sharon) Ellis of Harrisburg, IL; Sister: Katie (Jim) Banks of Karbers Ridge, IL; and 2 Grandchildren: Mack and George Kietzer. She was preceded in death by her Husband: John R. Ellis, Brother: John Ruble and Stepfather: Art Raymer.
