Jo Ann Hale, 65, of 32 West Homer Street, Harrisburg, IL died Wednesday January 11, 2015 at 7:37 am at her residence. Funeral Services will be held Friday February 13, 2015 at 12 noon at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Friday after 10 am until service time. Burial is in Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Harrisburg, IL. Reverend Mary M. Day will officiate. She was born on July 25, 1949 in Herrin, IL to the late Harry Hamilton and Pauline (Forbes) Barnes. She was a homemaker who loved spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by 4 Children: Barbara (Jerry) Hunt of Harrisburg, IL; William Deon (Laverna) Hale of Centralia, IL; Paula Patterson of Harrisburg, IL and Michael (Kari) Hale of Eldorado, IL; Sister: Wilma Hamilton of Carrier Mills, IL; Brother: Mike Barnes of Carrier Mills, IL; Her very special Companion of 37 years: Robert Cowper of Carrier Mills, IL; 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a Sister: Wanda Fisher.
