Roberta Ann Massey, 50, of 1103 Moore Street Street, Eldorado, IL died Thursday September 3, 2015 at 12:10 Pm at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 8, 2015 at 11 am at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Monday from 5 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Reids Chapel Cemetery. Reverend John Prather and Reverend Nathan Prather will officiate. She was born on September 3, 1965 in Harrisburg, IL to the late Harold and Thelma (Martin) Morse. She married Larry Massey on July 22, 1985 and he survives. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 20 years in the areas nursing homes. She was a member of the Apostolic Church of Wasson. She loved spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her Husband: Larry Massey of Eldorado, IL; Son: Larry Massey Jr. of Eldorado, IL; Brother: Eddie Morse of Stonefort, IL; 4 Brother In Laws: Thomas Massey of Harrisburg, IL, Keith Massey of Tresvant, TN, Joe Massey of Gleason, TN and James Massey of Eldorado, IL; 4 Sister In Laws: Betty Bates of Puryear, TN, Linda Massey of Harrisburg, IL; Brenda Russell of Harrisburg, IL and Eilm Bates of Ripley, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents and Brother: Phillip Morse.
