Daniel Lewis, 65, of 113 Karen Ann Lane, Carrier Mills, IL died Friday October 9, 2015 at 4:30 am at his residence. Memorial services will be held Monday October 12, 2015 at 6 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be Monday after 5 pm, until service time. Reverend Jeff Owens will officiate. Burial will be later in Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills, IL. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Southern Illinois, envelopes will be available at the funeral home. He was born on November 10, 1949 in Jonesboro, IL to the late Charles and Geraldine (Farris) Lewis. He married the former Connie Rice on March 2, 1979. He is survived by his Wife: Connie Lewis of Carrier Mills, IL; 2 Sons: Ryan (Bethany) Lewis of Carrier Mills, IL; and Chris Dooley of Stonefort, IL; 2 Daughters: Tracey Lynn and Crystal Ford both of Greenville, TN; 2 Brothers: Tommy Lewis of California and Kenny Lewis of Dallas, TX; 3 Sisters: Joy Hanold of Houston, TX, Janet Kemp of Joliet, IL and Ruth Montague of Alton, IL; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
