Donna Palmer, 84, of 120 South Land Street, Harrisburg, IL formerly of Herod, IL died Wednesday November 11, 2015 at 1:44 pm at Harrisburg Medical Center. Graveside services will be held Sunday November 15, 2015 at 1 pm at Colbert Cemetery near Herod, IL. Visitation will be held Sunday from 10 am until 12 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. She was born on March 21, 1931 in Harrisburg, IL to the late Elbert Sullivan and Ruby Burchell. She married Otis Palmer on September 6, 1947 and he preceded in death on June 30, 1995. She is survived by 3 Sons: John (Linda) Palmer of Herod, IL; Otis Dean (Debbie) Palmer of Cape Coral, FL; and Stanley (Sara) Palmer of Herod, IL; 7 Grandchildren: Dana Labuda, Doug Palmer, Jeremy Palmer, Tina Dowdy, Paul Lewey III, Robert Lewey and Ladonna Palmer; 17 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Daughter: Joyce Lewey; 2 Grandchildren: Johnny Palmer and Vickie Bergman and a Great Grandchild: Jodeci.
