Gladys Mae Edmondson, 79, of 22059 Drake Road, Creal Springs, IL died Saturday November 14, 2015 at 2:11 pm at Heartland Regional Hospital in Marion, IL. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday November 18, 2015 at 1 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5 to 8 pm. Reverend Chris Scott and Reverend Harold Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Drake Cemetery. She was born on June 21, 1936 in Carrier Mills, IL to the late W.R. and Verda (Trammell) Reynolds. She married Lyman Edmondson on August 24, 1956 and he survives. She has attended Honeycomb Church of God near Karbers Ridge, IL for several years. She loved to do quilting, doing crafts and spending time with her granddaughter and her family. She had been heard saying many times “I Loved to go to Church” She is survived by her Husband: Lyman Edmondson of Creal Springs, IL; Daughter: Linda (Chris) Scott of Sparta, IL; Granddaughter: Riley Nicole Scott of Sparta, IL; Sister: Nina Weatherington of Fairdale, KY and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sister: Jean Cavins and 2 Brothers: Robert William Reynolds and Harry Lee Reynolds.
