Lista Lavada Rice, 76, of 6789 US Highway 45 South, Carrier Mills, IL died Thursday December 24, 2014 at 3:28 pm at Carrier Mills Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held Sunday December 27, 2015 at 2 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Sunday after 12 pm until service time. Burial will be in North America Cemetery. Reverend Bob Workman will officiate. She was born on November 27, 1939 in Sturgis, KY to the late Tom and Mary (Gogue) Lindle. She was retired from Harrisburg Manufacturing (Cap Factory) where she had worked for many years. She was a a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Galatia. She is survived by 2 Sons: Tom Quertermous and Tim Quertermous both of Harrisburg, IL; 2 Brothers: Leroy Lindle of Carrier Mills, IL and Virgil Lindle of Hampton, VA; Sister: Marie Futch of Harrisburg, IL; 4 Grandchildren: James Quertermous, Thomas Quertermous, Chad Quertermous and Frank Brinkley and 1 Great Grandchild: Yasmine Brinkley. She was preceded in death by 1 Grandchild: Destiny Quertermous.
