Mavis Lynne Phillips, 65, of 2955 Greenhill Road, Eldorado, IL died Thursday March 3, 2016 at 6:15 am at her residence. Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 9, 2016 at 1 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Wednesday after 11 am until service time. Burial will be in Blackman Cemetery in Stonefort, IL. She was born on September 15, 1950 in Harrisburg, IL to the late John Thomas “Tobe” and May Elizabeth (Davidson) Pritchett. She was employed at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, IL as a registered nurse until her illness. She was a member and former teacher at the Equality Christian Center in Equality, Illinois. She is survived by 2 Children: Shawn Miller and Dama Miller both of Eldorado, IL; 4 Grandsons: Blake, Noah and Cameron Miller and Jeremiah Lewis; 2 Grandaughters: Skye Lynn Lewis and Kaylynn Sloan; Sister In Law: Nellie Pritchett of Marion, IL; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a Brother: Sam Pritchett.
