Naomi Coleman, 92, of 114 West Lincoln Street, Harrisburg, IL died Wednesday April 6, 2016 at 3:36 pm at the Carrier Mills Nursing Home. Funeral Services will be held Monday April 11, 2016 at 12 Noon at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Monday after 11 am until service time. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Reverend Ownly Williams will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Harvest Deliverance Center Food Pantry, envelopes will be available at the funeral home. She was born on August 8, 1923 in Carrier Mills, IL to the late Ray William and Zella (Floyd) Rouse. She married Russell Coleman in 1971 and he preceded in death in 1986. She worked for many years at Bacon Nursing Home in Harrisburg, IL, she was also employed at Barter's Construction for a period of time before finally retiring from the Saline County Courthouse. She was a member of the Harvest Deliverance Center in Harrisburg, IL. She is survived by her Son: Jesse (Shirley) Rouse of Harrisburg, IL; Stepson: Russell (Maiva) Coleman of Carrier Mills, IL; Stepdaughter: Marsha (Ken) Owens of Marion, IL and 2 Sisters: Gertrude Chavis of Carrier Mills, IL and Mary Ellen Duley of Waukegan, IL; 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 12 Great Great Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, Son: James “Goose” Rouse; Daughter: Zella Rouse; Sister: Florence Rouse and 2 Brothers: Floyd Rouse and Raymond Rouse.
