Obituary Robert E. “Squirrel” Wilson, 76, of 1113 Cedar Street, Harrisburg, IL died Monday April 18, 2016 at 1:27 am at Harrisburg Medical Center. It was his request to be cremated. There will be no visitation. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL has been entrusted with the services. He was born on March 8, 1940 in Harrisburg, IL to the late Gratton and Helen (Wilson) Wilson. He married the former Deborah J. Riden on March 25, 2000 and she survives. He worked as a construction surveyor for many years and also was a journeyman butcher. He was a navy veteran and a former member of the Harrisburg Eagles. He is survived by his wife: Debbie Wilson of Harrisburg, IL; 9 Children: Dale Wilson of Bremerton, WA, Bobby Wilson of Macomb, MI, Danetta Moulden of Strawberry Plains, TN, Bruce Wilson of Sterling Heights, MI; Richard Wilson of Harrisburg, IL, Jason Wilson of Dwight, IL, Dustin Kielhorn of Harrisburg, IL; Devin Beck of Jackson, TN; and Joshua Abbott of West Frankfort, IL; Sister: Sue Clay of Harrisburg, IL; 2 Brothers: Ted Wilson of Karnak, IL and Ron “Butch” Wilson of Harrisburg, IL; 20 grandchildren including 2 special grandchildren: Walker & Triton Kielhorn; 25 great grandchildren; and a special niece and nephew Kathy and Zach Prather of Harrisburg, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and a Brother: Jerry Wilson.
