William Jason "Will" Hurd

William J. “Will” Hurd, 36, of 45 Bryant Road, Harrisburg, IL died Monday December 12, 2016 at 6:04 pm at Shawnee Rose Care Center in Harrisburg, IL. Memorial graveside services will be held Friday December 16, 2016 at 11 am at Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills, IL. There will be no visitation, all friends and family should come directly to the cemetery. Reverend Gary Simmons will officiate. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with the arrangements. Will was born on February 9, 1980 in Evansville, IN to Jackie Lee Hurd and the late Barbara (Griffith) Hurd. Will was a graduate of Carrier Mills/Stonefort High School. He enjoyed rabbit hunting and driving around in his ole truck talking and visiting with people. He is survived by his Father: Jackie Lee Hurd of Harrisburg, IL; Brother: Jack R. Hurd of Muddy, IL; 2 Sisters: Carla Natzel and Melissa Hurd both of Michigan and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Mother: Barbara Hurd and Brother: Jackie L. Hurd, Jr.
