Otto “Danny” Miller, 85, 412 West Walnut Street, Carrier Mills, IL died Wednesday February 15, 2017 at 6:15 am at his home. Graveside services will be held Saturday February 18, 2017 at 12 noon at Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday after 10 am until service time at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Father Tom Barrett will officiate. Military Rites will be held by the Carrier Mills American Legion, Harrisburg American Legion and the Army National Guard Ritual Team. He was born on June 16, 1931 in Chicago, IL to the late Alfred and Ida (Culhane) Miller. He married the former JoAnne Crain on November 29, 1969. He worked for many years in the Chicago Area as a serviceman for a vending company. He was also an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his Wife: JoAnne Miller of Carrier Mills, IL; and Brother: Johnny Miller of Rochelle, IL; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 Brothers: Donald, Charlie, Bobby, Jimmy and Mickey; and 2 Sisters: Mildred and Rosalie.
