Donald Ray King, 80, of Carrier Mills, IL died Wednesday March 1, 2017 at 2:20 am at the Carrier Mills Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held Friday March 3, 2017 at 11 am at Cana Cemetery in Goreville, IL. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Masonic Rites will be held at 6 pm. He was born on March 15, 1936 in Pulleys Mill, IL to the late Ray and Mae (Evans) King. He married the former Donna Smith on May 7, 1955 and she preceded in death on April 1, 2013. He was a retired electrician, Member of the Goreville Masonic Lodge and enjoyed horse shows and all sports. He is survived by 3 Sons: Randy (Debra) King of Carrier Mills, IL, Nate (Tammy) King of New Burnside, IL and Rick (Carolyn) King of Harrisburg, IL; 6 Grandchildren: Roni (Jeff) Roberts of Harrisburg, IL, Allison (Stephen) Shea of Minter, OH, Nick King and Justin (Bobbi) King both of Harrisburg, IL, Jake (Sarah) Street of Stonefort, IL and Matt (Joleen) Street of New Burnside, IL; 7 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
