Mary Louise Johnson, 84, of 10 East Homer Street Harrisburg, IL died Wednesday March 1, 2017 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Memorial graveside services will be held Monday March 6, 2017 at 10 am at Bolton-Trammel Cemetery in Stonefort. There will be no visitation, all friends should go directly to the cemetery. Reverend Ownly Williams will officiate. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family. She was born on January 26, 1933 in Stonefort, IL to the late Walter and Julia (Bozarth) Mitchell. She was married to Loren Sherfield for 21 years and later marred Lee Johnson for 13 years. They are both preceded in death. She is survived by 2 Sons: Bobby (Julie) Sherfield of Stonefort, IL and Danny Sherfield of Harrisburg, IL; Daughter: Debbie Sherfield of Harrisburg, IL; 2 Sisters: Beatrice Wilson of Johnson City, IL and Alice Lammunion of Carrier Mills, IL; Brother: Leonard “Jesse” Mitchell of Carrier Mills, IL; 3 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands and 2 Brothers: W.R. Mitchell and Lindell Mitchell.
