Naomi Ruth Tolbert, 76, of 117 West Homer Street, Harrisburg, IL died Monday June 12, 2017at 3:27 pm at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. She has been cremated. There will be no services. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family. She was born on February 5, 1941 in Harrisburg, IL to the late Harry and Hazel (Prather) Mallady. She married James Tolbert Sr. on October 6, 1972 and he preceeded in death on December 6, 2015. She is survived by a Son: Randy Smith of New Haven, IL; Sister: Betty Brannum of Eldorado, IL; Several grandchildren including: Allie Denton of Harrisburg, IL; Brandon Smith of Grand Rapids, CO and Matthew Smith of Carmi, IL; Nephew: Kenneth Walters of Galatia, IL and Stepson: James Tolbert Jr. of Carrier Mills, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband: Son: Ricky Smith; 4 Sisters and 3 Brothers.
