Randall Canada, 71, of 401 White Oak Street, Stonefort, IL died Thursday December 28, 2017 at 4:00 pm at Gallatin Manor in Ridgway, IL. Funeral services will be held Sunday December 31, 2017 at 1 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be Sunday after 11 am until service time. Burial will be in Garris Cemetery near Stonefort, IL. Reverend Jeff Owens will officiate. He was born on December 30, 1945 in Cairo, IL to the late Howard and Bessie Canada. He married the former Martha Reynolds on March 25, 1988 and she survives. He was a retired Correctional Officer working at Statesville Prison in Joilet, IL before transferring and retiring from the Illinois Youth Center in Harrisburg, IL. He enjoyed fishing and squirrel hunting and was a member of the Stonefort General Baptist Church. He is survived by his Wife: Martha Canada of Stonefort, IL Son: Robert (Kristi) Canada of Vienna, IL; 2 Daughters: Michelle (Richard) Martin of Simpson, IL and Nicole Harmel of Las Vegas, NV; Step-son: Mark (Kim) Stucker of Creal Springs, IL; Sister: Barbara Davis of Wickliffe, KY; 14 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and Step-son: David Stucker.
