Anthony “Tony” Fritts, 48, of Carrier Mills, IL died Sunday August 22, 2021 at 3:22 am at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, IL. Memorial graveside services will be held Sunday August 29, 2021 at 2 pm at Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills, IL. There will be no visitation. Reverand Jonathon Stevens will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses. Felty Funeral Home is assisting the family with the details. He was born on January 4, 1973 in Eldorado, IL to the late Robert R. Fritts and Shirley (Stricklin) Miller. He married the former Lisa Dunn on February 23, 2001 and she survives. Tony was a member of the New Salem Baptist Church in Carrier Mills, IL and was attending the Living Hope Church in Carrier Mills, IL. Tony loved to go fishing. Tony is survived by his Wife: Lisa Fritts of Carrier Mills, IL; 2 Sisters: Tammy (Scott) Segler of Carrier Mills, IL and Julie (Bobby) Sherfield of Stonefort, IL; Nieces and Nephews: Brandon (Michelle) Segler; Krystale (Fransico) Lorenzo and Michael (Jensin) Segler; Great Nieces and Nephews: Addison Lorenzo, Greigh Lorenzo, Jase Segler, Ty Segler, Lane Segler, Anniston Segler and Colter Segler . Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Brother: Terry Fritts and Stepfather: Thomas Miller.
