Brenda L. Cullum, 81 of Marion, IL died Sunday March 7, 2021 at 9:26 pm at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, IL. Funeral services will be held Saturday March 13, 2021 at 1 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Saturday after 11 am until service time. Reverend Scott Johnson will officiate and burial will be at Union Grove Cemetery near Pittsburg, IL. Brenda was born on February 4, 1940 in Pittsburg, IL to the late Leo and Mary Lucile (West) Evrard. Brenda married George G. Cullum on June 4, 1956 and he preceded in death on September 24, 2020. She worked at the glove factory for many years and then worked and retired as a assembly line worker at General Dynamics, she was also the union steward for many years before her retirement. She loved to be outdoors gardening and planting flowers. She enjoyed singing and dancing. Her biggest passion was spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. Brenda is survived by 4 Daughters: Toni (David) Sinks of Eldorado, IL; Tracy Cullum of Marion, IL; Tina (David) Beasley of Johnston City, IL and Trisha (Denny) Halleran of Marion, IL; 5 Grandchildren: Valerie (Troy) Williams, Derrick (Danielle) Sinks, Blake Reamy, Kayla Halleran and Coy Halleran; 6 Great Grandchildren: Afton Williams, Klayton Williams, Anthony Williams, Darin Sinks, Victoria Sinks and Payton Reamy; 2 Sisters: Shelba (John) Jackson and Sherry (Larry) Motsinger both of Pittsburg, IL and Brother In Law: Reuben Alcala and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Brenda was preceeded in death by her Husband: George Cullum; Parents Leo and Mary Lucile Evrard and Sister: Janice Acala.
