David Uzel Johnson, 60, of Carrier Mills, IL died Sunday April 28, 2019 at 6:12 pm at Harrisburg Medical Center.   Funeral services will be held Friday May 3, 2019 at 12 Noon at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be after 10 am on Friday. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery and Reverend Ownly Williams will officiate.   He was born on April 10, 1959 in Chicago, IL to David Givens and Helen Johnson.   He attended Harvest Deliverance Center in Harrisburg, IL.   He is survived by his Father: David Givens; 7 Children: Tiffany Johnson of Chicago, IL; Tameka Johnson of Chicago, IL; Andrew Johnson of Carrier Mills, IL; Constance Johnson Ward of Marion, IL; Hope Watson of Sparta, IL and Dontiel Taylor of Marion, IL, Daviana Johnson; 4 Sisters: Valencia Givens-Harris, Rhonda Jakes, Marie Johnson and Natasha Givens; 2 Brothers: Marvin Wells and William "Billy" Johnson; Wife: Ruth Johnson of Marion, IL; several grandchildren, aunts, uncles and cousins.   He was preceded in death by his Mother: Helen Johnson; Sister: Vanessa Taborn and Brother: Kenny Wells.
