Glenda L. Winters, 74, of Carrier Mills, IL died Sunday June 18, 2023 at 12:27 am at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. Memorial graveside services will be held Friday June 23, 2023 at 11 am at Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills, IL. There will be no visitation. All family and friends should go directly to the cemetery. Reverend Jeff Owens and Reverend Jonathon Stevens will officiate. Felty Funeral Home is assisting the family with the details. She was born on June 19, 1948 in Creal Springs, IL to the lat Earl and Hilda (Killman) Whitaker. She loved spending time with her family, her dogs and going to rummage and garage sales. She also enjoyed watching movies and giving to others. She is survived by her Daughter: Tracy (Steve) Mitchell of Harrisburg, IL; 2 Grandchildren: Michael (Abigail) Mitchell of Silver Springs, MD and Mason (Lauren Hancock) Mitchell of Harrisburg, IL; Sister: Earlene Sullivan of Carrier Mills, IL several nieces, nephews and cousins. Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, Brother: Larry Flannell; Aunt: Barbara Enz; Nephew: Brian Sullivan and Niece Becky Bundren.
