Gregory L. Wheeler, 71, of Carrier Mills, IL died Sunday July 26, 2020 at 3:50 am at St. Vincent's Hospital in Evansville, IN. His wishes were to be cremated. There are no services scheduled at this time. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with the details. He was born on November 18, 1948 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Cecil Wheeler and Margie (Massingill) Cozart. He married the former Diana Davis on July 1, 1989 and she survives. Greg worked many jobs during his lifetime including maintenance worker and truck driver. He was a Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He attended Christian Life Fellowship in Harrisburg, IL; he also belonged to a Christian Motorcycle Association in Michigan. He also was a Minister of the Apostolic faith and Bowler and Boxer for many years. He is survived by his Wife: Diana Wheeler of Carrier Mills, IL; Son: Eddie Cook of Michigan; Daughter: Anita Crane of Newport, TN; Brother: Barry (Maudie) Cascale of Oklahoma and 19 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
