James M. “Low Rider” Smith, 64, of Harrisburg, IL died Monday July 26, 2021 at 9:00 am at his residence. Memorial services will be held Saturday August 7, 2021 at 1 pm at Harvest Deliverance Center in Harrisburg, IL. Reverend Ricky Cole and Reverend Ownly Williams will officiate. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with the details. He was born on June 26, 1957 in Morganfield, KY to James William and Margie (Everhart) Smith. He married the former Pashia Hammond on July 2, 2001 and she survives. He loved fishing, singing, barbecuing and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his Wife: Pashia Smith of Harrisburg, IL; Parents: James William and Margie Smith of Morganfield, Ky; 10 Children: Jason Fletcher and James Fletcher both of Morganfield, KY; Ollisha Adams of Harrisburg, IL; Elgie Wilson of California; Dakea Keys of St. Louis, MO; Sergio McGuire of Morganfield, KY; Romain Smith of California; Danielle Hopkins of Harrisburg, IL; Jeremiah Doublin and Joshua Doublin both of Harrisburg, IL; 4 Brothers: Donnie Smith of Henderson, KY; Larry Smith of South Carolina, Kenneth Smith of Sweden and Bryant Smith of Morganfield, KY; 3 Sisters: Diane Smith, Anna Everhart and Kathy Smith all of Morganfield, KY; several grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
