Jimmy Dion Killman

Jimmy Dion Killman, 70, of Ozark, IL died Friday December 2, 2022 at 2:30 pm at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Memorial graveside services will be held Wednesday December 7, 2022 at 11 am at Zion Cemetery near Ozark, IL with military rites by the Carrier Mills American Legion, Harrisburg American Legion and Army National Guard Ritual Team. There will be no visitation, all friend should go directly to the cemetery. Felty Funeral Home is assisting the family. Dion was born on December 15, 1951 in Harrisburg, IL to the late James Douglas and Doris Loretta (Knowles) Killman. He was a graduate of Carrier Mills/Stonefort High School. He retired from Vienna Correctional Center after 25 years of service. He was an Army Veteran and was also a member of the Carrier Mills American Legion and the Stonefort Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his Son: Derek (Katie Grathler) Killman of Ozark, IL; Sister: Kathy (Jeffrey Doss) Hearn of Creal Springs, IL; Niece: Demita (Steve) Martinez of Lake of Egypt, IL and several cousins.
