Joyce Sue Alexander

Joyce Sue Alexander, 69, of Harrisburg, IL died Wednesday April 18, 2018 at 9:35 pm at Harrisburg Medical Center. Her wishes was to be cremated. There will be no services at this time. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family.   She was born on November 23, 1948 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Wilburn Lee and Dorothy Cathleen (Allred) Alexander.   She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 38 years, she retired from Harrisburg Medical Center in 2014.   She is survived by 2 Sisters: Shawna Lee Austin and Companion: William Duncan of Harrisburg, IL and Judy Lee Willett of Sand Lake, Michigan; 2 Nieces: Kaitlin Erin Austin and Alexis Paige Austin both of Harrisburg, IL and Nephew: Justin Tyler Austin of Harrisburg, IL and Her Companion: Scratcher the Cat.   She was preceded in death by her parents, and Brother: James Lee “Jimmy” Alexander.
