Larry Roger Harris

Larry R. Harris, 74, of Carrier Mills, IL died Wednesday October 21, 2020 at 8:50 am at the the Carrier Mills Nursing & Rehab Center. His wishes was to be cremated. There will be no formal services at this time. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with the details. He was born on May 28, 1946 in Tyler, Texas to the late Walter Arnold and Winnie Oneda (Jordan) Harris. He married the former Marilyn Moore on August 5, 1995 and she survives. He was a retired truck driver and an Air Force Veteran during the Vietnam War era. He was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Lindale, Texas. He is survived by his Wife: Marilyn Harris of Carrier Mills, IL; 2 Daughters: Sharon Grimsley and Alicia Mitchell both of Georgia; Step-daughter: Tamara Hayes of Carrier Mills, IL; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a Stepson: Jason Lockeby.
