Laura Jane Tarrence, 74, of Harrisburg, IL died Tuesday January 4, 2022 at 8:30 pm at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Her wishes were to be cremated. There will be no services at this time. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with the details. She was born on July 3, 1947 in Sturgis, Kentucky to the late Thomas Farthing and Elizabeth (Quartermous) Hopson. She was a homemaker and loved flowers and spending time reading. She is survived by her Son: Jamison Bryant of Harrisburg, IL; Brother: Tom Farthing of Harrisburg, IL and Sister: Linda Kennett of Calvert City, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents and Son: David Bryant.
