Lloyd Wayne Reynolds, 82, of Stonefort, IL died Saturday April 27, 2024 at 12:50 am at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 1, 2024 at 11 am at the Stonefort General Baptist Church. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Masonic rites will be conducted at 6:30 pm on Tuesday. Reverend Jeff Owens will officiate and Burial will be in Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills, IL. He was born on May 12, 1941 in Stonefort, IL to the late Lloyd and Lucille (Shadowens) Reynolds. He married the former Elma Brady on December 22, 1962 and she survives. He was a retired coal miner working many years at different area coal mines. He was a 50 year member and former Master of the Stonefort Masonic Lodge for 10 years. He also attended the Stonefort General Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and loved riding horses as well as teaching his children and grandchildren how to ride. He is survived by his Wife: Elma Reynolds of Stonefort, IL; 2 Daughters: Darlene Bailey of Stonefort, IL and Becky (Steve) Horn of Creal Springs, IL; 3 Sisters: Mary Belle Treat of Ozark, IL; Loretta (Ron) Holmes of Crab Orchard, IL and Katie Lollar of Stonefort, IL; Grandchildren: Brandon (Ashly) Dalton; Brian (Morgan) Dalton; Breanna (Kavern) Kerley; Ty (Libby) Bailey; Tim (Dawn Bailey) and Todd Bailey and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 2 Sisters: Betty Rushing and Martha Canada and Brother: Bill Reynolds.
