Mary A. Overstreet, 81, of Carrier Mills, IL died Sunday March 26, 2023 at 8:52 pm at Carrier Mills Nursing and Rehab Center. Funeral services will be held Thursday March 30, 2023 at 11 am at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held Thursday after 9 am until service time. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills, IL. Reverend Harl Cockrum will officiate. Memorials may be made to Salem Cemetery. Mary was born on October 21, 1941 in Carrier Mills, IL to the late Harley and Genevieve (Milburn) Pyle. She married Jackie Dean Overstreet on January 6, 1962 and he preceded in death on February 12, 2019. She enjoyed gardening when she was younger and also volunteering for the yearly community fundraisers. She is survived by her Daughter: Kim (Randy) Futch of Carrier Mills, IL; Grandson: Ryan (Kim) Overstreet of Princeton, IN; Brother: Glendal (Barb) Pyle of Independence, MO; Sister: Shirley (Richard) Boyle of Sky Valley, GA and several nieces, nephews and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband: Jackie Overstreet; Son: Bryan Scott Overstreet; Daughter: Sonya Lynn Overstreet; 2 Brothers: Billy Ray Pyle and Donald Pyle and Sister: Connie Pyle.
