Peggy lived fearlessly, passionate about criminal justice and political affairs. While Peggy dedicated her later years to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she also found time to pursue degrees in Criminal Justice, become a CASA advocate, and invest countless hours to entertaining us all though her unfiltered social media postings. She loved fiercely and remained a powerful force of a woman until her very last day. Peggy will now join her mother and father as well as her brother, Warren Tolley Jr and her favorite furry friend, Lucky. Each day, each moment, and with each breath Peggy lived on her own terms. She left just as she came in: beautifully stubborn and courageous as hell. Her wish was to be cremated. Felty Funeral Home of Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with arrangements.
