Rebecca Riggs, 80, of Carrier Mills, IL died Saturday October 9, 2021 at 4:20 pm at Carrier Mills Nursing and Rehab Center. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Felty Funeral Home is assisting the family with the details. Rebecca was born on December 19, 1940 in Rosiclare, IL to the late Preston and Fatie (Ford) Millikan. She married Joseph Riggs Sr on October 2, 1955 and he preceded in death. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family. She is survived by her Son: Joe Riggs Jr. of Harrisburg, IL; 8 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and cousins. Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, Husband: Joseph Riggs Sr: Daughter: Wilma Brown; 2 Sons: Leon Riggs and Willis Riggs: 4 Brothers: Calvin Millikan, Elmer Millikan, Herschel Millikan and William J. Millikan; and 3 Sisters: Mary Potts, Bertie Bebout and Elizabeth Bebout.
