Robert Gerald Stover, 85, resident of Carrier Mills Nursing and Rehab Center, formerly of Carbondale, IL died Wednesday November 11, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Carrier Mills Nursing and Rehab Center. Robert was cremated and there are no services scheduled at this time. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family. He was born on December 3, 1934 in Centralia, IL to the late Kenneth Isaac and Madonna (Lippert) Stover. He married the former Penny Flanagan and she survives. He was a retired Baptist minister. He is survived by his Wife: Penny Stover of Carbondale, IL; 5 sons; and Sister In Law: Linda Norman of Walnut Hill, IL.
