She spent most of her life working as a caregiver. She is survived by 2 Daughters: Heather (Caleb) Turner of Carrier Mills, IL and Meta Emerson of Carrier Mills, IL; Mother: Sharon Ann Franklin of Carrier Mills, IL; 3 Brothers: Richard D. Franklin Jr. of Missouri; Ronald Franklin of Carrier Mills, IL and David Franklin of Indiana; 3 Grandchildren: George B. Turner, Lucas W. Turner and Gideon R. Ruble all of Carrier Mills, IL. Tammy was preceded in death by a Daughter: Stacey Emerson.
