Thomas “ Tom” Brown, 65 of Carrier Mills, IL died Saturday August 24, 2024 at 1:30 am at his residence. Funeral services will be held Friday August 30, 2024 at 12 Noon at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation will be held after 10 am until service time. Burial will be in Sunset Garden Cemetery in Harrisburg, IL. Tom was born on October 8, 1958 in Adrian, MI to the late Howard Brown and Helen Harris. He married Lori Hull on May 4, 1990. Tom worked as a mechanic for 40 years, and loved to grill in his free time. He is survived by his wife Lori (Hull) Brown; sons: Travis (Alicia) Brooks of St. Louis, MO, Jeremy (Alex) Hull of Creal Springs, IL, and JR (Devon) Brown of Carrier Mills, IL; daughters: Tawnia (Justin) Holden of Merrillville, IN, Trena Vanhoorberke, Tiffany (Dave) Bradley, Amanda Brown and Megan (Axavier Doss) Brown of Harrisburg, IL; brothers: Dennis (Yvette) Brown, Brian (Isabel) Brown of Washington and Billy (Mary Kathryn) Brown of Michigan; 37 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Brown and Helen Harris, brother: Willard Brown, and special Uncle Walter and Aunt Faye Brown.
