Vernon Kenneth Wolf Jr, 68, of Carrier Mills, IL died Thursday September 30, 2022 at 9:42 am at Harrisburg Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Monday October 3, 2022 at 12 noon at Felty Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday after 10 am until service time. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery and Reverend Tim Meece will officiate. He was born on September 19, 1954 in Harrisburg, IL to the late Vernon Kenneth Wolf Sr and Elizabeth (Sivok) Peas. He married the former Betty Stevers on October 8, 1979 and she survives. Vernon was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist church. He worked maintenance for many years at the nursing home. In his spare time he liked to hunt and ride his motorcycle. He is survived by his Wife: Betty Wolf of Carrier Mills, IL; 3 Sons: Kenneth Wade (Janaya) Wolf of Eldorado, IL; Josh Wolf of Harrisburg, IL and Dalton Stevers of Carrier Mills, IL; 3 Sisters: Verna Scott of Harrisburg, IL; Darlen Beckham of Arizona; and Charlene Yarber of Harrisburg, IL; Brother: Robert Wolf of Carrier Mills, IL; Stepbrother: Dale Peas of Branson, MO; Stepsister: Rosa Crose of Chicago, IL; 7 Grandchildren: Cody, Mathew, Nevaeh, Dylan, Austin, Felicia and Mackenzie Wolf; 4 Great Grandchildren: Lincoln, Jaden, Noah and Mathew Wolf. He was preceded in death by his parents and Stepfather: Bob Peas.
