William Charles Cowper

William Charles Cowper, 81 of 120 S. Land Street, Harrisburg, Illinois died October 22, 2018. He was born on September 10, 1937 in Smithland, Kentucky to the late William Malloy and Evangelene (Forman) Cowper. He married Wilma (Flossie) Cowper. He retired from Bethelhelm Steel in Granite City, Illinois. He was also a Army Veteran. He is survived by 6 children: William Charles Cowper Jr, Shannon E. Cowper, Leslie A. Cowper, Michael L. Cowper, Tina L. Cowper and Nicole Cowper. 1 Brother: Robert Cowper; 4 Sisters: Margaret Covington, Wanda Chapman, Mary Day and Lisa Kuro. He was preceeded in death by his Wife: Wilma (Flossie) Cowper, Brother: Clifford Cowper and Sister: Sonya Cowper. There will be no funeral services. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with details.   ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
