Wilma Brown

Wilma Brown, 58, of Harrisburg, IL died Friday November 20, 2020 at 1:10 pm at her residence. Graveside services will be held Tuesday November 24, 2020 at 12 Noon at Cottage Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10:00 until 11:30 am at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Reverend Ownly Williams will officiate. Wilma was born on November 21, 1961 in Harrisburg, IL to the late Joseph Riggs and Rebecca (Millikan) Riggs whom survives. Wilma married Ronnie Brown on March 6, 2007 and he preceded in death on October 6, 2009. Wilma was employed as a Register Nurse for the past 28 years at Harrisburg Medical Center. She is survived by her Son: Chris Cantrell and Partner: Emmanuel Leonardo of St. Louis, MO; Mother: Rebecca Riggs of Carrier Mills, IL; 2 Brothers: Joe Riggs of Harrisburg, IL and Willis (Debbie) Riggs of Shawneetown, IL; Step Son: Jason Brown of Carterville, IL; Best Friends: Cathy Haney, Carrie Clevenger, Angie Quinn, Robin Hyers, Megan Mitchell and many others from Harrisburg Medical Center. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by Her Father: Joseph Riggs; Brother: William Leon Riggs and her Canine Babies: Daisy and Duke.
